Beautiful bar and restaurant with great views of the harbor. Food and drinks are incredible. Definitely one of my favorite lobster rolls. Love all the wood and unique light fixtures

What an amazing meal. Ricky, our server, was fantastic. Great recommendations for food and excellent service. We started with clam chowder, which was perfect. Just the right consistency, perfect amount of bacon, and potatoes diced nice and small. Next up was steamers which were delicious! I had the lobster roll, cold, and it was full of lobster and so good. My friend had the swordfish and it was out of this world good. Sadly we were too full for dessert but will save room next time!

The Lobster has been my go-to place ever since they opened up, highly recommend! Easily the best lobster rolls in town, great price too.

My partner and I visit Gloucester a LOT. But we never knew about the Lobster of Gloucester. Speaking with someone who has lived in Gloucester for many years, recommended "The Lobster'' and although I must have driven past it a few times, on my way to Rocky Neck, was always keeping eyes on the road and not paying attention. Well, that changed recently with a specific journey to the restaurant and we were Not disappointed. The spacious dining room, overlooking the harbor and the State Fish Pier was a treat. We opted for the LARGE lobster roll and chowder and the side of asparagus and were so pleased . Our wait person was sweet and conversant and checked in on us a few times and let us linger to enjoy the beauty of both the restaurant and the scenic view of the harbor. We are retired folks and were able to enjoy a mid week dining experience and WE will Be Back .. for sure. So happy were directed to your Restaurant and have shared our findings with others as well who frequent Gloucester!! Bill G Melrose MA

We got baked haddock and fried clams, both meals were delicious along with generous portions. The drinks were also really good. My kids shared a chicken tender meal which they enjoyed. They are picky eaters and cleaned the plate. The service was excellent. Food came out quick, the waitress was attentive and friendly. Eastern point lighthouse is right down the road if you get a chance make sure to check it out. We had an awesome experience. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We got so excited when they brought the food to the table that I actually forgot to take some good pictures. Staff is very friendly, super fresh seafood options, delicious lobster rolls, nice and high end interior decor, super clean bathrooms.

We visited during sunset and the view of the harbor boats was the perfect compliment to the overall atmosphere. Our server was Eve, and she was a delight...very personable and attentive. All around good service and the food was fresh/ well prepared-Fish tacos with seared haddock & the clam chowder was creamy and flavorful, the kind of food you would expect from a coastal city that takes pride in its heritage.

Great place! Slight wait to sit at the bar, but they make sure no seat is empty. Service was fantastic. Ordered the chix lobster and a baked potato. Cooked perfectly. This place is a must.
